  • Are you new to training? Looking for lots of instruction and attention? Personal training is the best option for you.

    Maybe you have an old injury that keeping you from doing what you love? Maybe you’ve never been in a gym in your life? Or maybe you have always been active and are looking for something new or you want to reach a specific goal?

  • If you want to train with a friend, partner, or family member small group training is the option for you. It’s fun, affordable, and effective. Group sizes can range 2 to 6. Small group training works best if you have some level of training experience or if everyone in your group is close in training experience.

    Groups of 2 can request separate customized workouts to work towards their individual goals while training at the same time. This does require some time doing Personal Training first so I can get to know you individually.

    While larger groups (3-6) are provided with a group workout complete with that is to be completed together.

    With both options, I am always there with you in the gym to provide feedback, modifications, and encouragement.

  • Safe & effective exercise for older adults. Beginner & advanced classes offered. If you have never exercised before in your life don’t be shy to come give the beginners class a try. Everyone is here to have fun and enjoy some of the health benefits of exercise. And if you think you are strong and fit for 50+ come give the advanced class a try, this group is fit.

    I’m very excited to be offering this. There is a massive need for it in Kingston and all across Canada. A good portion of my clients have always been 50+. This is a demographic I connect with and enjoy working with. I completed the course “Modern Management of Older Adults by the Institute of Clinical Excellence” in the winter of 2021 to help me run this class safely and effectively.

    Classes currently run on Monday & Thursday, but I hope you add a Tuesday & Friday group soon. Message me if you want to be part of that group.

  • Online training is the most cost-effective way to work with me. For some it’s a way to stay accountable and continue the progress we started with personal training. For others it’s a way to make the best of their gym and/or the limited time in their schedule.

    Time, money, location … online training can overcome these barriers that are keeping you from getting results.

    All plans are customized to your goals, your commercial or home gym (or lack there of), your experience, your schedule, and any other preferences you have. All plans are delivered via the TrainHeroic fitness app in 4-week blocks of training.

    For clients I have never seen in person before an assessment is done on Facetime so we can get to know each other and I can see how you move.

    The app allows you to see previous and future workouts, track your progress, send me messages to communicate any issues, and become a superhero (okay so maybe not the last thing).
